As endurance athletes, we need to focus on a few different things.

EVERYDAY FUELING

Everyday fueling. Properly nourishing our bodies, to replenish after depleting ourselves from a workout, and then turning right around and nourishing our bodies to prepare for the next bout of exercise.

PRE-TRAINING / RACING NUTRITION

To be able to handle the stress we put our bodies under we need to learn and know how bets to prepare our systems nutritionally leading up to the event taking place

TRAINING / RACE EVENT FUELING

How best to establish proper nutritional protocols to race/ train at the most optimum fluid, electrolyte, and carb/ protein levels

IMMEDIATE POST WORKOUT / RACE REFUELING

It sounds fairly easy and straightforward, but so many get left behind, in training and races, due to improper sports nutrition.

We focus on creating a balance, so our athletes know how to train their gut, while maintaining healthy and happy nutritional ideas, into their multisport lifestyle.
